LCO Reserve Wastewater Lagoon Improvements Site Directions: The Reserve lagoon facility is located southeast of the City of Hayward, WI. The facility is located approximately 8.5 miles south of the County Road B and County Road K intersection off of (to east of) County Road E (approximately 0.25 miles off of CTH E). From the south, the facility is located approximately 3.5 miles from the Reserve Road and State Highway 70 intersection (this intersection is approximately 6.75 miles west/northwest of the Village of Couderay. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 23, 2024 The project is to complete improvements to the existing wastewater treatment lagoon facility including but not limited to installation of a lagoon discharge structure, installation of liquid level indicators in two cells, repairs to settlements in the berms of the cells, installation of a septage receiving structure, removal of the existing perimeter fence, and installation of a new 4-foot tall perimeter fence with gates.
