Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Manawa, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work, in general, will include the following schedule of work: Demolition of the existing lift station building and pumping equipment, construction of a new masonry lift station building, installation of a new duplex pumping skid and related electrical equipment and process piping, and installation of a permanent generator at the project site. The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the date of opening. The City of Manawa reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
