Renovation of a conference / convention center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Reference Number 0000333890 The City of Grand Rapids Communications Department desires the furnishing, installation, and programming of various conference room audio-visual equipment as per the specifications contained herein; all equipment proposed shall be no substitutes. Costs proposed shall include, but not be limited to, equipment as listed, all install, programming and configuration services, and incidentals, as well as disposal of all packaging; the City shall be responsible for disposal of the existing equipment. The City of Grand Rapids Communications Department desires the furnishing, installation, and programming of various conference room audio-visual equipment as per the specifications contained herein; all equipment proposed shall be no substitutes. Bidders shall not omit any part of details or information which is normally considered to be standard or applicable to this project, even though such part of detail is not mentioned in the specifications.
