All questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2023. he City of Dover (COD) Electric Department is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms to perform site work and construct the foundation of a new electrical substation. The primary objectives of the project are to: 1. Prepare a final graded site in accordance with the A0014-47019; Substation Grading Plan Rev.4 drawings and specifications. 2. Construct foundations in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided. 3. Install conduits in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided. 4. Install ground grid in accordance with the B0500-47019; Substation grounding plan Rev. 2, drawings, and specifications. 5. Install a fence in accordance with A0400-47019; Substation Fence Details, drawings, and specifications. 6. Supply and install Rock surfacing with the drawings and specifications provided.
