The King County Rural Library District, (dba King County Library System), is seeking professional services proposals from qualified vendors, with experienced environmental and communications professionals, to draft a Climate Action Plan outlining climate adaptation and mitigation strategies that align with federal, tribal, state, county, and city goals and programs. The outcome will be a Climate Action plan that suggests climate adaptation and mitigation actions KCLS should take to achieve clear and achievable goals in the short, near, and long terms.
