Question Deadline 11/08/2023 at 12:00 PM CT Bid questions must be submitted to online 1. Scope of work: Softscape: Planting and Irrigation 2. Contractor to familiarize themselves with all boundaries and existing conditions of the project. 3. Contractor to setup pre-construction meeting with Landscape Architect to coordinate project sequencing and deliverables in accordance with the project manual. 4. Contractor to provide Owner with estimated construction schedule at pre-installation meeting. 5. All forms shall be laid out and approved by Landscape Architect/ Owner prior to installation. 6. All spoils are to be removed by contractor off-site 7. Contractor to locate all existing utilities. 8. Contractor to provide example submittals of all materials, as outlined in the specification documents. 9. Contractor to takeoff quantities as indicated on the plans. 10. Project is tax exempt. Broken into RUD Reimbursables and MUD Reimbursable
