The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of Additions and Renovations to Isaacs Early Childhood School for the Plano Independent School District. Project consist of adding a new Kitchen and Dining Room and renovating the existing dining into a new Activity Room. The work includes: All new kitchen equipment. All new building HVAC controls. Replace Valves at Sprinkler System Upgrade marquee to digital. Provide appropriate signage directing visitors to visitor parking. Add access control key cards at exterior doors from classrooms to playgrounds. New playground fall protechtion. New storefront window glazing. Send all bids and questions to estimating@mdigc.com No oral interpretations will be made to any Proposer as to the meaning of the drawings and specifications. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to the Construction Manager at estimating@mdigc.com. No inquiry received within five (5) business days of the date fixed for opening of proposal will be given consideration. Question Deadline: Wednesday, April 3, 2024 by 4:00 PM.
