The Town of New Windsor (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Blue Ridge Sewage Pumping Station Upgrade The Project includes the following Work: The functional upgrade of the Blue Ridge Sewage Pumping Station including demolition; replacement of the existing base mounted pumping system and enclosure which includes the fiberglass enclosure, lighting and climate control, two sewage pumps, steel pump base, drives, motors, piping and fittings, valves, motor control panel, level control system, integral wiring, pipe supports, station bypass connection, piping, valves, fittings and appurtenances; rehabilitation and patching of existing concrete; replacement of the wet well hatch, existing controls and electrical system; paintings and coatings; replacement of site fencing, gates and pavement; furnishing and installing pipe bollards; and installation of 80KW generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS) including transporting from the Town s Wastewater Treatment Plant. 80KW Generac generator and ATS are being provided by Kelly Generator and Equipment. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the Engineer as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project.
