Sewage Lift Pump for Vancouver Marine Park WWTF This contract provides for a sewage lift pump assembly non-clog and other work, all in accordance with these Contract Provisions, and the Technical Specifications. Questions or Requests for Clarification must be sent to Ashley Kunze, Procurement Specialist, via email to Ashley.Kunze@cityofvancouver.us and be received by 5:00 p.m. on November 3, 2023. Incomplete or late inquiries may not be considered. If required, an addendum addressing these matters will be issued by no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 7, 2023. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
