Milwaukee, Wisconsin, acting pursuant to Sec. 7-22-3, Milwaukee City Charter, will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work necessary for and incidental to the demolition often (10) primary buildings and four (4) secondary buildings located in the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin All bids shall be held open for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids and no bid may be withdrawn without the written consent of the Commissioner. The Commissioner reserves the right to reject any and all bids at any time, if it is in the best interests of the City, and to waive any informalities in bidding.
