The nature and scope of this project is: To improve the Streetscape for the Village of Palmetto Bay (ITB# 2024-11-002). The SW 148th Street Streetscape Improvements project is located within the Village on SW 148th Street from S. Dixie Highway/US1 to SW 87th Place, extending approximately 0.25 miles. The Streetscape Improvements include roadway resurfacing, on-street parking, curbing, medians, ADA compliant sidewalk upgrades, speed tables, pavement marking, drainage improvements, swales, and landscaping. All labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the improvements described by these Drawings and Project Specifications will be provided by the contractor. Construction of this Project will require close coordination with the Village's Engineer and Public Services Director.
