As of December 6, 2023 the project was awrded to APSCO LLC with the awarded amount of $80,770.39. The Contract provides for purchase of 2 Municipal system water booster pumps. Including startup support and equipment testing. The work shall be substantially complete within 180 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. The City of Aberdeen in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. A 5% bid security must be included with the submitted proposal. Bidders shall comply with all laws of the United States, the State of Washington, and all ordinances of the City of Aberdeen relating to labor and employment. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the award of contract, if made, will be to the lowest responsible bidder.
