Site work and paving for a civil project in Humble, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Contractor to furnish necessary materials, labor, tools and equipment for the construction of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 109 Barents Drive Lift Station including but not limited to reinforced concrete wet well, wet well lining, valve slab, excavation and disposal, submersible pumps, hatches, sanitary sewer, force main, piping, valves and fittings, drainage, paving, driveway, bollards, fencing, site grading, dewatering, groundwater control system, coatings, hydro-much seeding, storm water pollution prevention during construction, trench safety system, all electrical items, controls and appurtenances. Complete in Place. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature in accordance with Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts.
