Mumford Road Widening Phase I The City believes that the data contained in these specifications is sufficient for the preparation of Competitive Sealed Bids. The Project will be designe Bid(5%), Performance, Payment Location: Mumford Road between FM 2818 (Harvey Mitchell) west of Carrier Lane, a distance of approximately 7,000 LF Project Estimated Completion Date: The City has established a target commencement date for construction activities as July 1, 2025. The projected completion date is estimated to be 400 calendar days. Phase one of the project includes the roadway and drainage construction from FM 2818 to Sta 22+00 and the bridge. The completion date for phase one is December 31, 2025. The City reserves the right to modify the commencement date, subject to Owner and Contractor availability, phase the construction of the Project, or modify the schedule as needed and determined by the City due to modifications in scope.
