Questions or Clarifications submitted by Thursday, October 19, 2023 A new Urban Outfitters Warehouse Fulfillment Center (URBN) is being built on the southeast corner of 118th & State Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas, located within the Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (KCBPU) service area. The address is 11681 State Avenue, Kansas City, KS 66111. It will be 1.56 million square feet of warehouse and office space on an 895,000- square-foot footprint and will be in continuous operation throughout the year. Furthermore, this RFP specifically supports three sections of the overall project: Section 4 - Design and rebuild existing 477 kcmil overhead distribution line with dual 795 kcmil spacer cables and heavy duty poles from 118th and Parallel Parkway to a location south of the future 118th and Delaware Parkway. The new second circuit will be dedicated to Urban Outfitters. Section 4a - Design and build a new manhole ductbank system from NW Corner of 119th & Parallel Parkway to SW Corner of 118th & Parallel Parkway then South to Riser Poles. Install new electrical cables for the two distribution circuits. Section 5 - Phase 2, Section 5 - Design and rebuild existing 477 kcmil overhead distribution line with overhead dual 795 kcmil spacer cables and heavy duty poles from a location south of the future 118th and Delaware Parkway to 118th and State Avenue. The new second circuit will be dedicated to Urban Outfitters.
