The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Solicitation Number W912EE24B0004 for Red River Basin, Bossier Parish P.L.84-99 Red Chute Bayou Bank Stabilization RM 199-59, Sites 1-9. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and constructing the PL 84-99 Red Chute Bayou Bank Stabilization at 9 sites on the Red Chute Bayou in Bossier Parish, Louisiana. The principal features of work include mobilization and demobilization, clearing, grubbing, longitudinal peaked stone toe dikes, tiebacks, excavation, backfill, and storm water pollution prevention. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the construction magnitude of this project will be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The estimated period of performance for completion of the entire work ready for use, including finish dressing, by maintaining an average rate of stone placement of 250 tons per calendar day. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussion should it be deemed in the Government's best interest. The bids will be evaluated based on lowest price submitted.
