Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kenner, Louisiana. Working plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and conference / convention center.

As of November 27th, 2023 - this project has now been cancelled and will be rebid at a later date. SCOPE OF WORK/SERVICES The scope of work/services to be provided under this contract include the furnishing, installing, taping, floating, finishing and painting of drywall walls and ceilings in Halls A, B, and C of the Pontchartrain Center. In addition to the drywall work, the city also requires the furnishing and installation of sound attenuation panels in Hall C. Please see included photos for reference (Pages 18-23). The material shall be new, of current manufacture, and must meet all State and Federal safety standards in effect at the time of installation. Any items appearing in the manufacture's regular publish specifications furnished by the bidder are assumed to be included in the "Bidder's Proposal". Any additional deletions or variation from manufacturer's regular public specifications must be outlined in an attached letter. Contractor must possess all labor, materials and equipment/tools necessary to complete all necessary work. All cost relative to labor and equipment must be factored into the Units/Total Prices entered on the bid form. The project will be broken down into two phases. During Phase 1 the main focus will be finishing Hall C. Phase 1 does not preclude any work being done in Halls A and B, but only when necessary to maintain work flow.
