Site work for a civil project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project shall consist of the following: - Trenching and installation of a 4 PVC influent wastewater force main and a 6 PVC effluent force main at the Senna Hills M.U.D. wastewater treatment plant. - Restoration of the gravel access road to pre-existing conditions. - All other work and materials shown on the drawings and/or specifications or as otherwise described. The deadline to ask questions is 11/08/2023 5:00 PM CST All questions must be answered and the data given must be clear and comprehensive Bids must be accompanied by a bid with Power of Attorney attached or cashier's check of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within 45 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are $500 per calendar day. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities in Bids received. the successful bidder shall furnish and pay for the , maintenance and bonds to be executed on the forms provided in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price
