Bidders shall not communicate with any University personnel, architect, engineer, or consultant involved with a public bid. All Bidder questions must be submitted to RFP-Purchasing@Stockton.edu and in accordance with the project Schedule of Events. Question Deadline 11/06/2023 SCOPE OF SERVICES A. Work to be performed under this IFB includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: For additional information, please view the associated Project Specifications by logging into the Vendor Portal. 1. Demolition: a. Demo existing geothermal piping, pumps, and accessories at water to water heat pumps. b. Demo existing dual temperature piping , buffer tanks, pumps, and accessories to facilitate replacement of pumps, buffer tanks, and expansion tanks. 2. New Work: a. Install two new vertical geothermal heat exchanger (GHX) U bends per building to the required depth shown. Route new HDPE piping from the New GHX's into the first floor mechanical room and re-connect all geothermal piping as show to the existing water to water heat pumps. Install new pumps, and accessories. b. Install two new split system Dedicated Outside Air Systems (DOAS) for each building as shown. Install new DOAS ductwork and diffusers as show to deliver conditioned outside air to the spaces. c. Install new dual temperature buffer tanks, pumps, expansion tanks and accessories as shown in the second-floor mechanical room for each building. d. Install new direct digital controls (DDC) for the systems as shown. e. Install new P-trapsforthe PTAC condensate piping atthe exterior of each building asshown. f. Provide supporting electrical as indicated. g. Provide Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing for the new systems as specified.
