Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Neosho, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construct a 12 x 12 foot Unisex Bathroom with two ADA phenolic stalls, one with an ADA stool with an Auto flushometer valve and one with a urninal with an Auto flushometer valve. One stainless steel sink with push on/off button faucet. The building will be constructed on a concrete slab with a split faced 8x8x16 block for the exterior walls, wood frame rafters and color metal roof. The roof will be a peaked roof with a 4/12 pitch with guttering. Gable ends will be color metal that matches the roof. The color of the metal will match the color that is on the bathrooms built last year by the Lampo building. The front of the roof will have a 4 foot overhang. The building has a metal exterior door , with an occupied vacant door lock. Connect an ADA concrete sidewalk from the bathroom to the paved walking trail approximately 20 feet. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the lowest or best bid. The City reserves the right to split bids, if in the best interest of the City.
