**As of December 19 ,2023 project was awarded to Warren Associates, Inc but awarded amount is not available.** The facility is a single-story commercial property consisting of approximately 26,820 sq.ft. The complex consists of a former automobile showroom area, a large bay/storage area, meeting rooms and office space. The project scope consists of renovations to accommodate new and expanded CTAE pathways for the school district including upgrades to flooring and finishes, security, electrical, plumbing, and hvac replacement. It is the intent of the BCSD to have high-performance buildings with sustainable design. The program development services for this project shall begin immediately upon acceptance of this proposal, with the understanding that construction must be completed no later than July 26, 2024. The Bibb County School District is seeking a qualified contractor for CM at Risk for Butler Project. The Construction Management services shall include a Pre-construction Design Phase and a Construction Phase. The CM will provide comprehensive administration and management of all aspects of the construction of the project and will work in concert with the A/E towards the successful completion of the project on schedule, at or less than budgeted costs, meeting or exceeding standards stipulated by the construction documents, and in adherence with standards required by local authorities and other agencies having jurisdiction. Schedule targets July 26, 2024, for completion of the work. The CM will be responsible for reviewing and incorporating milestones into his own Total Project Schedule. The preliminary renovation budget of the projects is estimated at $3,500,000.
