Ref. #: SS-24-24560 Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a noncompetitive procurement to Ten-8 Fire & Safety, LLC, in the estimated amount of $370,625.00, for ongoing as needed parts, warranty, maintenance, and repair services in support of County owned Pierce emergency fire apparatuses for a three (3) year period. This procurement is being made in accordance with the County's Procurement Policy Section 3-208(15) and is considered a noncompetitive procurement because Ten-8 Fire & Safety, LLC is the only authorized vendor in the Hillsborough County area that can provide the required maintenance, services, parts, and warranties for existing Pierce fire apparatuses. The services are required to ensure the County's existing Pierce trucks are well maintained and in proper operation when in use. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly. Contractors who believe that they can provide goods and/or services that are substantially and materially the same as those identified in the attached proposal and agreement must submit clear and convincing information to support a challenge the intended award. Challenges to this notice must be received no later than the Close Date of the Sole Source (SS) Project. After this date, an award will be made.
