The work generally consists of the following items: 1. Window Removal and Replacement 2. Roof Renovations Contract time shall be 180 consecutive calendar days from the effective date shown in the Notice to Proceed. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate on the form included in the Project Manual and must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of at least five percent of the bid. Bidders shall also submit a current financial statement, if requested, by the Owner. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract amount.
