Renovation of a mixed-use development in Huntington Beach, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Huntington Beach City School District (District) is requesting proposals to provide design services to plan, design and provide for the installation of air conditioning systems (HVAC) at those District school sites (collectively, the School Sites) described in Exhibit A attached hereto (collectively, the Project). HVAC Improvement Sites Dwyer Middle School, 1502 Palm Avenue, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 Eader Elementary School, 9291 Banning Avenue, Huntington Beach, CA 92646 Peterson Elementary School, 20661 Farnsworth Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92646 Smith Elementary School, 770 17th Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 The District will select the design services firm that is the most qualified to meet or exceed the Districts design, budget, and schedule requirements at the lowest cost and highest quality. The District reserves the right to select one or more firms for the Project. All questions pertaining to this RFQ/RFP must be submitted in writing and must be received NO LATER than 2:00 p.m. on November, 9th, 2023. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
