Bid Reference Number: 2023-45-13-01 The City of Mansfield is soliciting sealed bids to award a construction remodeling contract for the City Council Chambers owned by the City. The successful Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and safety equipment necessary to perform this work. Seating (105) reupholster fabric/ refinish wood armrests and endcaps - transparent gray stain 2. Wood wall paneling: Remove existing and install new 3/4" panels/ S4S trim. (Red Oak) Stain and poly all wall panels, wall caps, and trim work - transparent gray 3. Replace Counter tops / wall caps with Level 3 granite, or level 1 quartz. 4. Replace all Acoustic sound diffuser panels- with color for City's choosing. 5. Install a Stacked stone accent wall + concrete backer board 165 sf. 6. Doors- (Pair- Entry) 10ft Bronze/Black anodized full tempered glass installed in the existing frame. Push/ pull hardware and hydraulic closers. Non locking. Refinish 3 solid wood doors (1 side only) 7. Laminate veneer- Remove speakers/ patch holes and install over existing. bench columns and between countertop surfaces (behind and underneath countertop/ wall cap) 8.
