The Little Rock Fire Department is seeking a qualified supplier to facilitate the replacement of the current HVAC system in operation located at the Little Rock Fire Department Training Facility 7000 Murray Street Little Rock Arkansas. The project's overall goal is to install an HVAC system responsive to year-round temperature fluctuations within the workplace with simultaneous cooling and heating operations that can be selected individually for each indoor unit to provide a comfortable room environment. The current 10-ton Hydro-Temp water source heat pump has stopped working and is over 10+ years old. The City has the right to award or not award a contract if it is in the best interest of the City to do so.
