Within the conventional steel structure will be an ICC 500 safe room. The work consists of, but is not limited to, grading, utilities, and related sitework, new Construction of footings and foundations for a PEMB and structural steel framing, concrete slab on grade, PEMB metal roof and TPO roof systems, brick veneer, ICC500 rated doors, standard doors, storefronts, curtain wall, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and interior finish work. The project is located at State Fair Community College, 3201 W 16th St., Sedalia, MO 65301 in Pettis County, Missouri. Missouri Prevailing wage rates will apply to the work. Each Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a 5% bid security in the form of a Cashier's check, a certified check, or a bid bond executed by the bidder and surety company. Surety/Bonding company must be acceptable to the owner and be authorized to transact business in the State of Missouri.
