The Herkimer-Oneida Counties Transportation Council (HOCTC), through its host the County of Oneida, seeks to retain a firm to prepare the update to HOCTC's 2020-2040 Long Range Transportation Plan, Going Places. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Deadline for Questions October 31 at 4:00 PM EST, Questions specifically relating to this RFP shall be accepted in writing only. Proposers are welcome to submit questions regarding the content in or process governing this RFP up until October 31, 2023, at 4:00 pm EST. All questions will be addressed in writing using the methodology outlined herein Contract Duration 18 months Contract Complete Date June 2025 This Agreement does not transfer ownership of Confidential Information or grant a license thereto. The Discloser will retain all right, title, and interest in and to all Confidential Information Consultant shall purchase and maintain insurance of the following types of coverage and limits of liability with an insurance carrier qualified and admitted to do business in the State of New York. The insurance carrier must have at least an A- (excellent) rating by A. M. Best. 11.1.1 Commercial General Liability (CGL) coverage with limits of insurance of 10 not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate. 3.11.1.1. CGL coverage shall be written on ISO Occurrence form CG 00 01 1001 or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage and shall cover liability arising from premises, operations, independent contracts, products-completed operations, and personal and advertising injury. 4.11.1.1. The County and any other parties required by the County shall be included as additional insureds. Coverage for the additional insureds shall apply as primary and non-contributing insurance before any other insurance or self-insurance, including any deductible or self-insured retention, maintained by, or provided to, the additional insured(s). 11.1.2 Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability: Statutory limits apply. 11.1.3 Professional Liability ("PL") coverage, including errors and omissions, with limits of insurance of not less than $2,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate. HOCTC/Oneida County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. If a low number of proposals is submitted, the right to extend the deadline is reserved. HOCTC also reserves the right to reject all proposals if determined to be in the best interest of HOCTC.
