Renovation of an educational facility in Dacula, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The furnishing of all labor, materials, and services necessary for the construction of the roof recover project at Dacula Middle School. The above description is an advertisement for the submission of Bids which are to be considered as offers of performance of work by the submitting party. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Bids must be accompanied by an AIA Document A310 Bid Bond (2010) made payable to Gwinnett County Public Schools, in an amount equal to 5 percent of the Base Bid price. (Certified, or personal, checks not acceptable.) The successful Bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the Contract Sum. These bonds are to be executed by a Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia, listed on "Department of the Treasury Circular 570", latest edition, and have an A.M. Best Company rating of at least Class "A", with a Financial Size of VI or better. Bonds must be accompanied by letter stating company's current Owner/Contractor agreement.
