In addition to the products being requested, installation supervision by the manufacturer representative and training shall be required. The City may award the resulting contract on a "class" basis either as a single award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders based on the total aggregate price for all classes as set forth on the Bid Schedule of Prices or multiple awards may be made for the lowest responsive and responsible bidders for each class (by location) dependent on the City's budget.
