Statements of Qualifications from qualified Design-Build Entities to provide Design-Build Services for a proposed Action Sport Park. The proposed Project is to be constructed within the existing Martin Tudor Regional Park located at 11925 Sierra Avenue, Fontana, CA. This project proposes to construct a concrete pump track, RC car track, mountain bike trails, operational facilities, and perimeter fencing. The intent is to provide a safe, designated place for wheeled-sport enthusiasts (skateboarders, MTB / BMX bike riders, inline skaters, scooter riders, RC drivers, etc.) to develop their skills and enjoy the company of their peers. The action park will be state-of-the-art, based on the latest design principles and constructed with high-quality materials to ensure durability and longevity. It will feature a mix of terrain, with elements designed for all age groups and ability levels. The total estimated cost of services to be rendered under this scope is approximately $1.5 million and shall include design, construction, project approval/permitting and potential for providing operations during a training or transition period.
