Reupholster Benches in Courtroom 8 at Robert F. Peckham Federal Building and Courthouse Reupholstering all ten (10) courtroom benches in Court room 8 in accordance with the attached of Work The goal of this project is reupholstering all ten (10) courtroom benches as well using movers blankets and protective materials to protect courtroom furniture and or equipment. Project : First Floor, 280 S, First Street, San Jose, CA 95113. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS General Contractor shall be responsible for verifying all measurements. All benches, as specified by the government. Contractor shall carefully and professionally move, lift, cover and/or relocate all furniture, equipment, materials, floor/wall/ceiling plates and fixtures and miscellaneous items as appropriate to of work as specified. Contractor shall be liable for any damages to aforementioned items. Contractor shall follow the conceptual new flooring layout on the attached for spacial references. Contractor shall provide and gain approval of new flooring and wall finish plans in PDF format from the Contracting Officer prior to ordering materials. Contractor shall perform all work herein without impeding current operations of the surrounding personnel. of work will be done in (one (1) phase. All specifications provided herein shall only be substituted if approved by the Contracting Officer. If required for city permitting or building management purposes, Contractor shall provide all applicable design services including applicable structural, demo, install, electrical, low voltage, fire protection/annunciation, flooring finish and mechanical plan sheets for review by the Government. Government acceptance is required prior to starting construction. In addition to the GSA of Work (SOW) Contractor shall comply with the attached floorplan Exhibit A, this document is conceptual and all dimensions shall be validated by the Contractor prior to proposal. All areas involved in this of work shall be cleaned on a daily basis and include an in-depth, thorough clean for a proper reveal and turnover to the Government. SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS/ RFIs: questions must be submitted by November 9, 2023.
