Renovation of an educational facility in Brantford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by Wilfrid Laurier University to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Market Darling Centre Localized Granite Panel Cladding Repairs Project as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the Deliverables). The University is seeking qualified Restoration Contractors to complete the MDC Localized Granite Panel Cladding Repair Project located at the Brantford Campus, as outlined in the specifications. The intent is to rehabilitate the deteriorated assets, address performance and safety concerns, and to minimize future repair and maintenance. Stipulated Lump Sum Price to supply and install all Work as described in the Bid Documents, Contract Documents, Technical Documents, and on all drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details, etc.) for the Market Darling Centre (MDC) Localized Granite Panel Cladding Repairs. Designated Substances Audit report to be provided at a later date. This is a 1-year contract with an option in favour of the University to extend for up to 1 additional 1-year terms for a maximum of 2 years.
