The City of Sacramento, Information Technology Department (IT) and the Department of Utilities (DOU) is inviting proposals to perform Communication Engineering Services for the DOU Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System and the City's public safety and conventional radio systems outlined in Section 3. Scope of Services. The selected firm shall have the ability to deliver a wide range of communication engineering services as shown under the Scope of Work. Respondents to this RFP must demonstrate experience and capacity to deliver the services offered, as well as sufficient understanding of DOU's needs and the ability to deliver professional construction management services as needed and timely manner. This RFP provides information about the project scope of work and the selection process. If you have any questions on the aspects of this proposal, they should be directed via the City of Sacramento's online bid portal per the instructions and deadlines outlined in the RFP.
