The City of Saint Paul Department of Public Works is requesting qualifications from engineering and planning firms interestedmin developing the Rondo Neighborhood Streets Improvement Study. The City will be using federal funds for this project via a Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) grant. The purpose of Study is to work with residents and community stakeholders to develop a comprehensive and community-led vision for transportation improvements within the historic Rondo Neighborhood and adjacent areas. This vision will support greater connectivity throughout the most racially and economically diverse City Council Ward in Saint Paul, while also linking residents and visitors to regional transit routes and significant planned public projects.
