Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brooklyn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project involves expansion of the existing Brooklyn Business Complex in Phase 2 of development and includes the following approximate quantities of Work: Installation of a new 200 gallon per minute submersible sewerage pumping station; 320 linear feet of force main; 1,000 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer; 2,050 linear feet of water main; 1,450 linear feet of mainline storm sewer; and a storm water control swale, basin, and control structure. The total length of asphaltic concrete roadway expansion is approximately 1,300 linear feet with approximately 2,400 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
