Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Blue Earth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of December 18, 2023 this project was awarded to Holtmeier Construction, Inc. the awarded amount of $308,853.19.The project is anticipated to start in December 2023 and last through Spring 2024. Valley Highlands Lift Station Improvements The work includes the construction of approximately: Construction of a new packaged sanitary lift station structure and pumping system. Relocation and modification to the existing control panel and associated electrical work. Removal of existing lift station equipment, piping, and appurtenances, including select demolition and abandonment of the wet-well and dry-well structures. Installation of new sanitary sewer infrastructure to redirect wastewater to the new lift station. Associated site work, grading and pavement. Temporary bypass pumping as required for construction of the new lift station and relocation of the existing control panel.
