1ph 1667kva (4kv Sub) Step-down Xfmr Single Phase 1667 Kva (Substation) 13.2kv-2.4kv/4.16kvy Stepdown Transformer Knan Cooling Class, 75c Temp Rise, Provide Tap Changer for De-energized Operation Provide Five Primary Taps, 2 2.5% Above and 2 2.5% Below, 95 Kv Bil Primary, 60kv Bil Secondary, 5.6% Impedance, Subject to Ieee Tolerance. Terminal Connectors and Spades Shall Be Part of Cover Mounted Bushings, and Suitable for Use With Either Aluminum or Copper Wire. Transformer Shall Be Equipped With a Manufacturer's Standard Pressure Relief Device or System. Transformer Shall Be Equipped With an External Tap Changer Handle of a Tool-less Design. Transformer Shall Be Coated With a Light Gray Number 70-color Paint, Munsell Notation 5bg 7.0/0.4. Paint Shall Be in Full Compliance With Ansi Coating Spec. Ansi C57.12.31, or Latest Revision. Average Paint Thickness Shall B 3 Mils Or Greater. Transformer Tank Shall Include Lifting Lugs Per Ansi Requirements. Supplier Must Submit the Composition of Windings With Their Bid. All External Hardware (Bolts, Washers, Nuts, Etc.) Shall Have a Minimum Corrosion Resistance Equal to Ansi Type 304 Stainless Steel. All Hardware Shall Provide Uniform Mechanical Strengths and Material Properties to Perform Intended Functions. Transformer Shall Be Labeled With the Appropriate Nes Stock Number. Transformer Kva Shall Be Indicated. Transformer's Weight Shall Be Labeled on The Tank in U.s. Pounds, Designated by (Lb.). Transformer Shall Be Labeled With An Fr3 Label to the Right of the Weight And Kva. Transformer Shall Be Tagged With a Yellow Inventory Card Strapped to One of the High Voltage Bushings With Wire Ties. These Cards (Form Identification Number U4060-nes1) Are Made for Nes by Uticom Systems Inc. The Manufacturer Shall Obtain These Cards Directly From Uticom Systems Inc. Contact Uticom at 610-380-9430.
