As of 11/28/2023, this project is still under negotiation. A timeline for award was not determined. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Question Cutoff Date: 11/7/2023 06:00 PM (ET) Performance , Labor and Material Payment are not required. Bid Proposal must be submitted on a form identical to that bound within this Project Manual or as modified by authorized addendum and by the requested method outlined in the request for proposal, this document and the Ionwave bid management system. The right to accept any bid, or to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities, is hereby reserved by the Owner. Minority/Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) utilization plans and relevant documents must be received by the dates listed on the scope of work and the MWBE attachments to the proposal request. Failure to return these documents by the dates specified will make your proposal non- responsive.
