All questions to be made via Online When this project work is within five (5) days of completion, the Contractor shall notify the Landscape Architect in writing of the date on which the project will be completed and ready for review. Contractor shall state in this notice any items which will not be complete and the reasons for same (such as seasonal work). The Landscape Architect and Inspector shall conduct a review and will if necessary, prepare and transmit a deficiency and omission list to the Contractor with reasonable promptness. B. If, in the course of a project review, the Landscape Architect and the Inspector determine that the project has reached substantial completion, a CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION will be issued, including the deficiency and omission list. Issuance of the certificate of completion will not relieve the Contractor of his duty to perform work required by the Contract Documents which is found deficient after the issuance, but prior to final acceptance. C. Contractor shall take all action required by the deficiency and omission list within the stated period of time and upon completion shall return to the Inspector a copy of the list on which the Contractor must have noted the action taken on each and every item.
