Modular Classroom Installation UMD Scope o Install (7) piece modular classroom complex. o Move onto foundation remove tires and hitches. o Remove shipping walls and plastic exterior covering. o Installation process o Block, level and seam on grade with dry stack block. A foundation system is required and is to be priced separately. o Foundation consists of 64 piers 36" x 48" concrete. o Anchor units to concrete piers o Interior seams-Insulation, subfloor, VCT, VCG on walls, ACT, cove base. o Electrical - Crossover connections o Plumbing - Waste lines and supply lines o Exterior seams - 1x6 trim boards on vertical seams and EPDM cove tape on roof. o Install roof mounted HVAC flash curbs place units on curbs. o HVAC - Crossover connections and RTU install o Install hurricane tie downs. o Skirt the perimeter. o Install aluminum handicap ramp and steps installed and anchored to asphalt. o Install all Utility hook ups o Responsible for startup's (HVAC, Electrical, Water, Waste lines) o Responsible for total Exterior and Interior painting. o All Engineering and Permitting required. o Timeline 30 days for completion o Project is subject to the payment of Prevailing Wages Bids must remain valid for at least 120 calendar days from the deadline for bid submission.
