Question Cuttoff Date & Time 10/31/2023 11:00:00 PM (ET) The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for; 14'2"x12' overhead door replacement and jackshaft operator replacement with four remotes as per specifications as outlined in RFB #183 Scope & Specifications document (Attachments tab). The location for this project is the Onawa DOT Maintenance Garage located at 1800 Hwy 175 W, Onawa, IA 51040. Pre-bid substitutions are not allowed and quotes on materials other than what is included within RFB #183 Scope & Specifications will not be accepted. Approved brands are included on the Line Items. Line items are tied with one award issued for the complete project. Scope: Contractor to remove and replace existing overhead door #16 (14'2"x12' w/ high lift) and jackshaft operator w/ four remotes as per specifications attached. Estimated start date -Upon issuance of award (The date shall be coordinated with the IDOT Project Manager. (This is the estimated start date after all required documents are received (i.e., Insurance, performance bond and vendor signed contract). Estimated project end date- 11/15/2023 Contractors to propose a suggested revised completion date taking into consideration winter weather conditions. This is a required Attribute. See Attribute #12.
