Renovation of a medical facility in Joliet, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
SCOPE OF WORK Move furniture as needed to complete the project. Details will be discussed during the Pre-Bid Meeting. Remove and dispose of existing cove base. Prepare the existing flooring substrate for application of new LVT and cove base. Provide and install LVT, cove base, and transition strips as necessary. Work hours some work can be done during business hours while some work will need to be done after hours. Will discuss work hours at the pre bid conference. PROJECT LOCATION Will County Community Health Center 1106 Neal Street Joliet, Illinois 60433 A 10% Bid Bond or Cashier s Check made payable to the Will County Treasurer MUST accompany your bid, or it will not be considered. Money Orders or Company checks will not be accepted. Should you have any questions regarding this bid, please contact Kevin Lynn in writing at klynn@willcountyillinois.com. The County of Will Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids or Proposals Received. CONTRACT DURATION: The Contract is to commence on or before November 16, 2023. Work must be completed on or before December 29, 2023.
