Hampton County, South Carolina (the "County") requests proposals from qualified firms experienced in providing Building Official and Building Inspections services necessary for the administration of building codes and flood plain management codes for Hampton County. The services are to be provided in compliance with South Carolina Code of Laws Title 6 Chapter 9 and applicable local ordinances. Begin Work - March 1, 2024 Deadline for submitting questions. All questions must be submitted in writing to: Stephanie J. DeLoach, Public Works 201 Jackson Ave. West Hampton, SC 29924 Email sjdeloach@hamptoncountsc.org By November 8, 2023 5:00 P.M., E.D.T. Submittal must include one (1) original RFP response clearly marked as original, three (3) complete copies of the RFP response, one (1) electronic copy of the RFP response contained on a USB Flash Drive, and a completed W-9 form. The individual signing the response must be an Agent legally authorized to bind the company. The County reserves the right to waive any Instruction to Offerors, General or Special Provisions, General or Special Conditions, or specifications deviation if deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
