The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for removal and replacements of W-Beam guardrail and posts on US 136 South Bound at mile marker 73.6, North Bound mile marker 73.8, and South Bound mile marker 74.8. Site visit prior to bidding is recommended. Completion date of work by 11/21/23. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
