Question Deadline 10/18/2024 at 5:00 PM PT This work shall provide a facility and staffing to run a 30 to 50 bed locked MHRC facility within the County of Butte for its FIST population. Primary service is restoration to competency to include mental health treatment and medication support in an attempt to restore the FIST Defendant to legal competency. Provider Shall Comply With All Applicable Provisions of The Federal Fair Labour Standards Act, and Shall Indemnify, Defend, and Hold Harmless County, Its Officers, Employees, and Agents, From Any and All Liability, Including, but Not Limited To, Wages, Overtime Pay, Liquidated Damages, Penalties, Court Costs, and Attorneys' Fees Arising Under Any Wage and Hour Law, Including, but Not Limited To, the Federal Fair Labour Standards Act, for Services Performed by Provider's Employees for Which County May Be Found Jointly or Solely Liable. County reserves the right to request additional information from respondents that have submitted a response to this solicitation and to enter into negotiations with more than one respondent should a contract be awarded or to award a purchase order or contract to the respondents with the most favourable quotation without conducting negotiations. County reserves the right to award more than one contract if it is in the best interest of County. County reserves the right to reject any or all submittals received if County determines it is in its best interest to do so. Further, County may cancel or amend this solicitation at any time and may submit similar solicitations in the future.
