Renovation of a medical facility in Larned, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
All contractors bidding as the prime bidder on this project must be pre-qualified with Office of Facilities and Property Management to bid this project. For instructions on pre-qualification. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Value: $100,000 to $250,000 Questions concerning the Instructions to Bidders, Form of Contract, Insurances and Bonds shall be addressed to the Office of Procurement and Contracts, Department of Administration, Suite 451S, 900 S.W. Jackson Street, Topeka, Kansas 66612, telephone (785) 296-0002. Each bid submitted in connection with this Project shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable without condition to the State of Kansas. The undersigned agrees to have the work of the project to a point of final completion, including all punch list items, ready for the Project Architect/Engineer's final inspection and the Owner's and Office of Facilities and Property Managements acceptance by March 1, 2024
