THE WORK OF THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE COMPLETED IN PHASES TO ENSURE CONTINUOUS SUPPLY OF HEATING WATER TO SERVE THE REHEAT SYSTEM AND SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETED BEFORE THERE IS ANY REQUIREMENT FOR MECHANICAL HEATING. ALL UTILITY SHUT-DOWNS SHALL BE CLOSELY COORDINATED WITH THE OWNER. ALL FINAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE ADEQUATELY POWERED. THE WORK SHALL ALSO INCLUDE ALL AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL UPGRADES WHICH ARE AFFECTED BY THE REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT AND THE INSTALLATION OF NEW SYSTEMS. THIS SHALL INCLUDE MODIFICATIONS OF THE EXISTING SYSTEM SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONS AND UPDATING THE EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEM GRAPHICS AT THE CENTRAL BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BMS). ALL GAS-FIRED EQUIPMENT SHALL BE ADEQUATELY SUPPLIED WITH GAS. ALL VENTS AND FLUES SHALL BE ADEQUATELY EXTENDED TO SERVE THE EQUIPMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION GUIDELINES.
