Site work and renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required for the installation of new fencing, including a vehicle and personal gate, to enclose the POV parking lot at the Cade Armory, located at 2620 Winchester St, Baltimore, MD 21216. Question Deadline 11/09/2023 at 3:00 PM ET The deadline for questions has been established o assure that there is enough time to allow the A/E to provide responses and Addendum issuance if necessary. Please submit all questions to the Procurement Officer: Lakecia Dingle - Lakecia.dingle@maryland.gov and Supervisor Christine Stenhouse - christine.stenhouse1@maryland.gov. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required for the installation of new fencing, including a vehicle and personal gate, to enclose the POV parking lot. at the Cade Armory, located at 2620 Winchester St, Baltimore, MD 21216. Scope of Work Installation of approximately 360 feet fencing to enclose the POV parking lot. The fencing will include a vehicle entry gate and personal gate. The new fencing must match the existing. Please refer to drawing on page 6 of this document. A. The awarded contractor will install new fencing to match the existing fencing per attached drawings. The Contractor shall be responsible for all equipment, labor, material, etc. required to replace the existing fencing. B. All work performed shall be in accordance with the standards established by: a. Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) b. State and local Codes c. Maryland Historical Trust C. It is the Contractor's responsibility to establish the proper placement of the fencing to be installed. The Contractor will ensure that the specified fencing can be installed in the available space to affect a safe, legal, code compliant, and properly functioning system. D. All Drawings and images contained in this document are diagrammatic in nature, not necessarily to scale, and are intended to identify the work to be performed and not to convey information about specific measurements. The contractor shall be responsible for field verifying all measurements, counts, and site conditions. E. All equipment and material removed that originated from the job site and the Agency elects not to keep shall become the property of the Contractor and shall be removed from the facility and disposed of legally. F. Any rigging, hoisting, lifting, and moving equipment necessary to perform the work is to be provided by the Contractor. All storage expenses for inadvertent manifestations shall be the obligation of the contractor. G. All materials, design, labor, equipment, tools, or other goods and services not mentioned in this document but necessary to affect a complete, functional, safe, code compliant, turn-key system shall be furnished by the contractor at no additional cost to the state or its agencies. H. The contractor shall provide the facility with operation manuals, documentation, and warranty information for all fencing installed in digital format, as necessary. I. At the conclusion of the work, the contractor shall attend a walkthrough with the Using Agency Representative and Project Manager. If there are any outstanding issues with the work, a punch list will be prepared, and the punch list items shall be completed within (30) days per DGS General Conditions. J. Contractor is responsible for all permits and fees associated with the project. K. Staging will be discussed at PRE-BID meeting. L. Work is to be completed in accordance with any and all, Department Of Military requirements. M. All work is to be in kind replacements.
