As of October 29, 2025, construction is scheduled to be completed in December 2025. The North Dakota State College of Science is preparing for the approximately $20 Million Precision Agriculture project in Wahpeton, North Dakota. Project has two parts. Renovate the Tech Center building to provide a new face and training area for Precision Agriculture. The second part is adding a Bisek Lab addition to house the Diesel Department formerly located in the Tech Center. Budget includes all fees, construction costs, owner costs and any other costs associated with the project. The delivery method for this project will be through a Construction Manager at Risk as defined by NDCC 48-01.2 including specific criteria required by the owner. Construction is anticipated to start in the Spring of 2024 on both projects. Complete construction of Bisek addition at the end of July 2025 and complete building remodel at the Tech Center end of 2024. The successful CMAR for this project must be able to comply with the requirements set forth in NDCC 48-01.2 as well as the schedule and other specific criteria established by the owner.
